Scripts

The system has its own programming language. It consists of 4D code, together with a range of functions, which together can be used to add custom functionality to your site. Program code can be incorporated in templates, other pages, tokens and components.

Scripts can run at any time - for example

every week
every day
every hour

or when something happens - for instance

when a document is saved
when a field is modified.
