Templates
Templates define how your pages look. A single template can be applied to any number of Documents to say how that content will be displayed.
By using templates it is easy to change the look of your pages, since any change automatically updates all the pages to which it is applied. As their name suggests, templates are used again and again to create web pages in which the look is similar and only the main content changes.
Templates contain tokens. These tokens specify where the Document's data will to display. More about tokens.
Things which are likely to be common to a number of templates (your navigation, for instance) can be saved as components. More about components
