The Chakras

Chakras - or Psychic Centres - exist within the aura. They are vortices - whirlpools if you like - within this energy body, which pull energy into you and send it out. There are chakras all over the aura, which cause the way we interact with other people and the world around us on the more subtle levels.
As such the chakras are the key to psychic powers, healing, the effectiveness of prayer - in fact all of our largely unknown abilities.
Of special importance are the major chakras connected with the spine. if you click here you can see a still from the Realise DVD showing the names and positions of these chakras. These major psychic centres are fundamental to what and who we are. They dictate our state of health, our physical, mental and spiritual development. They are attuned to different frequencies of energy, which get higher, the higher up the spine the chakra is positioned. So when these chakras are activated through practices, such as those outlined in Realise You Inner Potential, and ultimately through the rise of kundalini, we begin to experience higher levels of consciousness. |
